Social media management is not random posting. Sharing without a clear name, bio, visual, and link breaks the brand. Webify first tidies the account, then runs the calendar.
A consistent and professional social presence.
Process
- 01
Setup
Name, bio, visual, and site link are locked in.
- 02

- 04

- Monthly performance summary
Who it’s for
- Those with empty or messy accounts
- Those using different colors in every post

- Those whose sales team can't keep up with messages
First the storefront, then the sharing
If the profile photo is blurry, the bio is a pile of slogans, and there's no link, posts go to waste. Visitors see the profile before the site. Webify sets up the bio as one sentence + clear offer + correct link.
Cover and post ratios vary by platform. Squeezing a single JPEG everywhere produces cropping. That's why the template set is derived from identity.
Comment and message replies are your operation. We carry content and layout; 24/7 chat line is separate work. We write the expectation on day one.
The calendar repeats the sales sentence
The content calendar is not entertainment, it's a reminder. Service, reference, offer, and office/expert face rotate. Chasing viral every day dissolves identity.
When advertising is needed, visual and copy come from the same team. SEO and Ads planning (Google / Meta) is a separate package, but the visual language stays unified.
Hashtag piles and copy-pasted quotes reduce trust. Little, accurate, and site-linked content brings more forms.
Measurement: not likes, but messages and clicks
In the monthly summary, likes alone are not the goal. Profile visits, site clicks, and incoming messages are recorded. We don't inflate content for empty engagement.
Crisis and complaint comments are your spokesperson. A draft reply can be suggested; the publishing decision is yours.
If there are multiple accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), each doesn't paste the same copy. The channel's tone is separate, the identity is the same.
Duration and package
Setup takes 1–2 weeks, management runs monthly. Content count is stated in the quote. "Unlimited post" promises lower quality.
Photography may be separate. If office portraits and product sets exist, production accelerates.
When stopped, the account stays with you. Password custody model is written; brand account doesn't lock to the agency.
Why are site and social at the same table?
If the bio link goes to an old page, every share flows to a 404. With a new web design, bio, featured story, and ad UTM are updated the same day.
The offer form is on the site, the message box is on Instagram. Leaving both separate without CRM loses requests. We at least drop them into a common inbox.
In a crisis (wrong price, delayed delivery) social copy and site announcement must not contradict. One spokesperson, one sentence.
Account ownership, access, and backup
If the brand account stays tied to a personal phone, leaving work holds the account hostage. Business email, backup code, and page roles (admin / editor) are written in the first week. Webify uses custody model; on exit, password and device access are handed to you.
Deleting the old messy grid overnight can also remove social proof. An archive, highlights, and pinned post plan are drawn up. A "what stays, what goes" list produces less regret than blind cleanup.
The ad account (Meta) and organic page are separate doors. The visual language stays the same; media spend is not buried in the package. If you want Ads management, scope is a separate line — Gökmen D. line is ads, content calendar is this page.
Tone, forbidden topics, and approval rule
Brand voice is locked with three adjectives: formal / plain / warm. A joke in every post or corporate English in every post wears out. Competitor bashing, political references, and unverified pricing are written to the ban list; not debated in approval rounds, cut from the start.
Weekly or biweekly preview email is standard. Urgent correction (wrong phone, ended campaign) runs on same-day rule. "We'll ask the board about every word" model stops the calendar; spokesperson count is limited in the quote.
Shoot day (office, product, team) doubles production speed. A blurry frame shot on a phone breaks even the template. A short set can be shot at Skyport Residence; otherwise the template is filled with your sharp photo archive.
